Sovereign Grace Leadership Interview Series

Sovereign Grace Ministries has recently started an interview series with CJ Mahaney and Jeff Purswell, interviewed by Joshua Harris. The series is designed to serve the pastors of Sovereign Grace, but as I’ve been listening to these interviews on my way to and from the office each day, I thought, "This is very helpful, not just to pastors, but Christians in general." So I’m passing it along to you. I hope you find it helpful for your walk with the Savior!

The CLASH

Yup, that’s right. Sovereign Grace Ministries is putting on The CLASH conference again this year. They’re bringing in D.A. Carson(!!) along with Ian Duguid, et al. Looks very exciting and helpful. If you’re 17-23 of age, I’d encourage you to consider going to this conference! For more information, click on the icon above.

Crossroads Tomorrow

Don’t forget, we have our monthly Crossroads Meeting tomorrow evening. Coffee at 7, meeting starts at 7:30pm. I’ll be preaching from James 3:1-12. Looking forward to experiencing God’s grace together with you!

Helpers Needed at ESL

As you may know, we have an ESL program on Tuesday nights at the church building for our international friends in our area. Right now we have more guests coming to our ESL than the current helpers can handle. We need more helpers! (12-15 more poeple!) This is a wonderful problem to have because it means that more people may get to hear the gospel through the interactions they have with the helpers. If you’re interested in helping out, here’s what you need to know:

  • Come to the church building from 6:30-7:30pm through the end of April.
  • Speak in English with some of the nicest people from all over the world over dinner (FREE!!)

Did you catch that? FREE DINNER! And you get to have many opportunities to build relationships with people from around the world and, as the LORD allows, to share to gospel with them! If you can help out, please email Dave Hinders or come out on Tuesday night and talk to Lee & Susan Jorde.
