Save Some Daylight

clock.jpgDon’t forget that tonight at 2am, Daylight Saving Time begins, and we all get to turn our clocks forward one hour. I recommend turning your clock back when you go to bed, rather than getting up at 2am to do it, but that’s up to you.

According to Wikipedia, Daylight Saving Time was introduced so that people could “save” daylight by not sleeping well past sunrise in the summer months. Maybe we should just get up earlier.

You might be interested to know that Hawaii, and Arizona don’t observe Daylight Saving Time. I just read that all of Indiana will observe Daylight Saving Time for the first time in 30 years.

Last fall, I learned that if you use your cell phone as an alarm clock, it automatically updates the time in the middle of the night: no worries!
