April 12, 2006 12:10 pmWe owe Christine Helms big time. She is in charge of the kitchen, so she is rising an hour or more before anyone else to prepare breakfast and the rest of the food for the day. In addition, she's cooking dinner for the ranch kids each evening while the ranch staff are in Mark's class. The end result: we're all eating really well!
