Special Thanks

"How can we thank God enough for you in return for all the joy we have in the presence of our God because of you?" 1 Thessalonians 3:9, NIV

What an appropriate verse to express the special thanks we owe to Dean Adamek for his gracious hospitality to us while we were at the ranch.  Dean went to great lengths to serve us and see to it that we benefitted from our trip.  He granted us some very special privileges in letting us spend as much time with the kids as we did.  Here is the Adamek family: Dean and his wife Denise, and their kids Taylor, Jeremiah, and Daniel.

If you would like to send Dean a note of thanks, please leave a comment on this post and I will see to it that Dean gets them all.  I'll make the comments visible here for everyone's edification (please note that I will be reviewing comments, so it may take as much as a day to appear).

Thanks, Dean for your friendship and kindness to us. I’m so grateful for you and your family and all the sacrifices you are making to serve the kids at Rancho 3M. I see God’s grace on display in your life in your infectious joy, your seemingly unlimited patience with nearly constant interruptions, and the grace and gentleness you demonstrate when interacting with others.

I am particularly grateful for the care you extended to me personally, and the ways I was provoked to godliness through fellowship with you. Thanks for loving the gospel and living the gospel! Philippians 1:27…

Thank you Hermano Dean for all the sacrifices you make to oversee the orphanage down in mexico. Having also lived in the USA I’m sure you realize how much you have given up to go and live in Mexico. Thank you for the way you make all these sacrifices with so much joy. Your joy was very evident to all of us who went down there. Thanks for not living for this world but looking forward to a greater kingdom. God is glorified by what you are doing down in Mexico. 1 Peter 4:10 says, “As each has recieved a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.” You are a great example of one who uses his gifts to serve others. Thanks for doing all that you do in Mexico.
