But the question was: “What does Push Back have to do with Romans 12:1-2?”
So glad you asked! Come Saturday night to find out.

It looks like a play-dough symbol, with “push back” replacing the words “play dough.”

I’ll look up those verses and see if I can figure it out. Sounds interesting. Can’t wait for Saturday!
Ahh, Rachel, you’re going to have to come to the meeting to find out. I like building a little suspense.
It doesn’t bother my conscience at all! Enjoy the wait!

But there is no non-conformity. People are always conforming to somehing. Those who try to stand out from the crowd always end up looking like each other. Take hippies for example they were trying to be non-comformists but ended up setting their own style. Maybe we could say, don’t be conformed to the world but rather be conformed to Christ…

Thanks for this message Steve. As a result of this message I was convicted of ways that I am being conformed to the world, body-language being one of them. The Holy Spirit revealed to me that when I walk with my shoulders hunched over, and my eyes glued to the ground, I am being conformed to thinking that I have the weight of the world on my shoulders. When in reality, as Romans 8:1 says; “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” As a Christian, my body language should proclaim the Joy that God brings to my soul, not the sorrows that I feel because of my sins against him.
