The books literally on my beside table (actually, its a dresser) are:

The Bible
Valley of Vision
Do Hard Things
Knowledge of the Holy
Girl Talk
Systematic Theology

Due to the fact that you can only stack books so high, especially if two of the books are thick, other books not in the stack that I am reading are:

Spurgeon: Heir of the Puritans
Our Mutual Friend by Charles Dickens (my plan is to get through all the Charles Dickens books, as he is a brilliant writer whose descriptions are amazing in mine and my sister's opinion)

Usually my desk is like drowning in books, but lately I'm pretty much done with most of them. The ones left:

Devotional...Testimonies, five15 addresses and pastors' quotes, and BIBLE
To Grow...same as above
Fun...The Guardian, from the O'Malley series, and the negotiator (same series)
Planning to read...Scarlet Letter

Devotional: The Apologist's Bible (this thing weighs a ton) along with a normal bible :P and Heart Aflame bye John Calvin

To Grow:
Do Hard Things (although I already read this one)
Exploring Worship (Bob Sorge)
Then Sings My Soul (Robert Morgan)
The Case for Christianity (C.S. Lewis)
Know Why You Believe (Paul E. Little)

For Fun:
Nothing much. I'm trying to finish reading the shorter ones I already have though. I will probably dive into some really long fiction book.
