We made a lot of progress on the jobs yesterday. Today is clutch: we've got to finish all our jobs before we leave. Please pray for us!

Last night we went into Ciudad Juarez to our sister church, Gracia Soberana, to see their Easter production entitled Su Pasión Por Tí (His Passion For You). Some of our people rode on the bus up there, others napped in the van. Su Pasión Por Tí was a dramatic and musical evangelistic production; Carlos estimated that of 1200 or so people in attendance, probably 75% of them had never been in the church before. They're doing the show again tonight, and some of our peeps will be providing Children's Ministry again. We enjoyed a stop at Krispy Kreme on the way home. A cubierta de chocolate is as good in Mexico as it is at home!

One of the highlights for the kids we've been watching has been making paper mache snakes. They loved painting these things.

Logan Lamons reminded us of God’s grace this morning through 1 Corinthians 10:13-14.
"No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry."
Logan provided several helpful examples of ways we might be tempted on this trip and how we might receive God’s grace in the face of our temptation. He showed us from this verse how God is faithful, and there is always a way out of temptation.

I've asked all the parents to spend lunch time with their kids (and their adoptive kids) to catch up on how things are going.

Last night, we hiked up the Cross Hill to see if we could see some stars. The full moon was seriously bright, so we didn't see much more than we would have seen at home. But the nighttime views of the desert were beautiful.

The ranch has a wonderful computer lab, but they are mostly old, hand-me-down computers. Karl Weaver is leading the charge in building and fixing the computers.
